Milton 11 Catholic Elementary School
Construction of a 3-storey, roughly 83,410 sq. ft., new elementary school.
This only requires quotes from the following trades for Contract SC01 – GENERAL: concrete supply, rebar (concrete items only – no masonry bar), forming, floor slab finishing, misc. metals, waterproofing, fireproofing (cementitious and intumescent), caulking, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, installation of doors and hardware, pedestrian traffic coating, sealed concrete, washroom accessories, shelving, flagpoles, exterior grilles and screens, projection screens, stage curtains, patient care equipment and window shades.
All other divisions / scopes are to be bid to the Owner by invite. See Section 01 12 00 for the multiple contract summary.
