This only requires quotes from the following trades: Excavating and backfill, site services, concrete supply, rebar (concrete items only – no block), forming, floor slab finishing, misc. metals, waterproofing, cementitious fireproofing (no intumescent), caulking, wood doors, installation of doors and hardware, glazing, pedestrian traffic coating, shelving and flagpoles.
All other divisions / scopes are to be bid to the Owner by invite. See Section 01 12 00 pages 2 – 11.
